Piece Double Block Ball Valve

• The body is 3-piece, bottom and top bearing (trunnion), with the bearing inside the body, all the pressure force affecting the sphere in the closed position is loaded on the body, and the sealing rings are free from this force and have a long service life.
• Straight-through, two-way fully sealed, 90 degrees (quarter-turn rotation), sealing rings are bi-directional-bottom spring pressed and fully sealed.
• In this ball valve group, “leak detection” is possible in both directions on the line and emergency intervention to seat and stem leaks is possible without removing the valve from the system.
• They are controlled as lever, gear box, electric and/or pneumatic actuator.
• Lever operated is recommended up to 6″ Class 150, 4″ Class 300, 4″ Class 600. After these sizes, the use of a gear box provides convenience in the opening-closing operation.
