Floating Ball Valve

Ball valves are two-piece body, full bore or reduced bore in accordance with API 6D standards. They give straight passage, pressure loss is very low.

  • Straight-through, non-leakage 90 degree (quarter-turn rotation) valve group.
  • Body structure and closing element are in spherical form and unidirectionally sealed in the direction opposite to the pressure.
  • It can be opened and closed quickly, semi-open position and can also be used for flow rate adjustment purposes.
  • They are controlled with lever, gear operated, electric and/or pneumatic actuator.
  • Lever control is recommended up to 6″ Class 150, 4″ Class 300, 4″ Class 600. After these sizes, the use of a gear box provides convenience in the opening-closing operation.
